Making Pakistan Clean and Green!

The Learning Streams International (LSI) Summit 2018 brought together more than 60 high school students from across Pakistan to showcase their Legacy projects on environmental pollution, water conservation, the importance of renewable resources, and plantation campaigns in their schools and communities. The LSI is a collaborative #STEM academy program by Hiram College, Case Western Reserve University, and Kent State University which address the impact of global warming through interdisciplinary inquiry into environmental issues.

With the support of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Embassy Pakistan, students from Army Public School Quetta, Sukker, Mailsi, Cherat, Dera Ismail Khan, Froebels International and The Trust School Lahore implemented environmental friendly projects in their communities.

The American Ambassador to Pakistan, David Hale congratulated the students on successful completion of their projects and learned about their future goals to make Pakistan clean and green.

The Co-Director of LSI, Dennis Taylor distributed the Certificate of Excellence among students and encouraged them to continue their efforts for cleaner Pakistan.
